Unused, unworn items
Email contact@cottonasana.com with your order reference within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and retain their tags and original packaging. We will provide the return address and instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; original delivery charges are not refunded except where required by law.
Bras and hygiene
Bras are final sale for change of mind. This restriction does not remove your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise legally protected purchases.
Unavailable items & cancellation
Products are sourced after payment. If we cannot obtain your exact item, we offer a refund, not a silent substitute. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before sourcing or dispatch. Refunds return through the original Stripe payment method after approval; bank processing time can vary.
Problems with an order
Contact us promptly if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Keep the packaging and include a description of the issue. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
