How delivery works
We currently accept US delivery addresses. Shipping is $24.95 per order, shown in your basket and Stripe Checkout. Orders may arrive in separate parcels from different sources.
Sourced after purchase
We do not hold warehouse stock. We aim to confirm exact-item sourcing within 5 business days of payment. Delivery is estimated at 15–30 business days after sourcing; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will contact you about delays or unavailable items and offer a refund rather than substitute without consent.
Tax and import charges
Stripe calculates applicable checkout tax using the seller’s configured registrations and your address. Import duties or carrier import fees, if assessed, are payable by the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee.
Tracking & support
Tracking appears in your private order status when recorded. Contact contact@cottonasana.com with your order reference for help. A checkout return page is not proof of payment or dispatch.
